Time to get the shop to the customer .. No more customers to the shop


"Mexican Passion and American Heat " we ordered ..the only 2 foreign names we can see in the long list of pizza's while sitting in Air Conditioned Sam's Pizza  Restaurant. Wednesday evening turned out to be a pizza night for me and my friend Savi (also an B School Aspirant).Still way too long for these stuff to out beat the Indian junkies like kulcha chhola. tiki chat etc. We still declared Mexican as the winner when compared to the American one.Best thing that could  ever occur to any Indian is the least possible bill for the best possible food in any restaurant.And  that's exactly me and my friend witnessed as we were carrying free coupons of the same with an offer of buy 1 and get one free.And then a thought prevailed .....

WAS IT ME WHO WANTED TO COME DOWN TO THE SHOP OR WAS IT THE SHOP WHO CAME TO ME ....?????????

Yes I guess this is what we all should analyse that we are no longer in the era where we need to run our brain to think where we need to go.There is so much of competition out there, that every new entrants would need to come out with something innovative and eye catching for the customer  in their kitty if in case they want  to establish their empire of good mouth of words.It  might be in the form of Free Coupons, Free movie tickets , great deal discounts and may be eye catching online deals.Let me quote an example here. I am regular MC Donald customer and a prepaid mobile phone user too.Now how does this fusion generate bucks and give the end customer a benefit is mystery.Whenever  I need to top up my phone I get it  through -www.freerecharge.in. Reason being amount I recharge my phone with , I get the coupons of various other fast food and retail store of the same amount. In layman language I recharged my phone and also relished a MC D's burger with ice tea  free.Well even before I could run my brain  as to exactly where I have to shop on my weekends , I can already see few shops at my doorstep.
You name a product and I am sure there are many in lines to cut throat  others prices to mark their brand in your heart. Some achieve it by  drooling offers , some by making you see the best in you with their product and some by making it look like never say never to it.Bring it to the facts from eyes (www.lenskart.com) to your feet (www.shoebuy.com) not even leaving old stuff go waste in your garage room (www.olx.in) , every damn thing is sitting right there with you to be sold or to be bought.

I am sure nothing is for free in this world.Everything has its own price, sometime visible and sometime not.Technically if asked a corporate giant , it conveyed one meaning; Either you give a billion rupee to a star to endorse the brand or you  give free deals and coupons to customer to get  direct benefit, What matters at the end of the day is making good and loyal customer base.

So lets not waste the fuel and be Eco friendly as you know now that  the Shop Will Come To U. So lets not waste the big bucks and make our wallets house of every store.

  3. what we buy is what we exactly wanted... sometimes I feel wen my friends get some stuff only becoz if was cheap but were they really required.

  4. When Sumit and me made plan for outing, various alternative were available. But we made special efforts to go to Sam Pizza's. We had coupons which influence us to go n try on.
    Coupons act as a bait for customers.

    From consumer point of view:
    It was economical
    Got extra discount
    Experienced new taste n place

    From dealer point of view:
    Increase customer base
    Publicity
    Economical way of advertising
